Here is the recipe that I promised you on TikTok. It is great for a healthy breakfast and jam-packed with healthy nutrients.
Ingredients
- 2-4 Strawberries
- 30g Baby Spinach
- Half a cup of Oat Milk / Water
- 120ml Greek Yoghurt
- A small container of Blueberries (about 180g)
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Directions
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl or blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Tips
- I like using my hand blender. It makes it quick and easy to make (and to clean up).
- I also like to use First Choice Harvest Oat Milk, they have a variety of options and it adds a nice flavour, you can also use plain water.
- Try to get Peanut Butter that doesn’t have a lot of additives and/or added sugar. Simple Truth Peanut Butter is a good option.
- You can add Chia Seeds for added texture and nutrients. I would probably blend the rest of the ingredients first, and then add the chia after (leaving it for a few minutes so that they get more chewy/tapioca-like).
