We have mentioned before that we absolutely love going to the Scratch Patch (where you can “scratch” for gems). There is a Scratch Patch at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, but the one we went to this time was the one in Simons Town, Cape Town. They have a fun cave golf section now – have a look at our video below!
There is also an interesting factory and educational section upstairs, as well as two shops and place to eat. The new Harbour Mall has just opened across the road and there are two museums not too far away.
