Competition T & Cs
Prize must be claimed within 3 hours after the announcement or will be forfeited. Prizes are claimed by emailing denise@familytreasures.co.za or responding to our email. You must reside in Cape Town and/or be willing to travel to the specific venue.
After the competition closes, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Tickets cannot be exchanged once issued and cannot be guaranteed before being issued. No outside chairs/backrests allowed. You may take your own blankets, food & drinks, but no alcohol is allowed into wine estates. Light drizzle, cold or wind will not cancel the event, so please go prepared. Should the event be cancelled or moved to their backup indoor venue (ZipZap Dome) due to heavy rain or strong wind, you will receive an SMS and e-mail from Webtickets with details.
