They say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit but 90 days to make a lifestyle change. Usually when we break habits we are merely replacing them with different ones (hopefully better ones), whereas in 90 days – we are looking at changing the way we do things completely.
For example, you may wish to stop eating chocolate which you do successfully after 21 days (perhaps you replaced that with eating cake but we won’t say anything 😉 ). A lifestyle change would be to eat healthier, transforming your diet and hey, maybe allowing for a little cheat chocolate every now and again.
What would you like to change in your life?
Would you like to be organised in your home or life? Would you like to not just be not late but be early, at peace and prepared?
I have another free tool to help you on your way! Will you join me?
As usual, it is a MS word document – so go wild and make it your own and then print it out. There are quite a few pages so you may wish to print 2 per page and make it double-sided but I’ll leave that up to you!
Decide on 3 Goals you can achieve each day (perhaps to achieve a bigger goal). They must be specific so that you can tick them off each day. Each day they will be the same 3 Goals. After 90 days, you will not only have changed your habits but changed your life!
Join me in getting organised in 2016. Tell me what your goals are in the comments below!
